I would recommend Raquel to anyone she did Fantastic job on my eyebrows. I did not know how Important eyebrows are to complete the frame of the face. After she finished my brows , I could not stop looking at my face and how beautiful they looked. It made me look younger. She is a perfectionist in what she does.
