Day one and thrilled beyond belief. Carrie is fantastic. She explained everything and penciled in brows so I could see the exact shape and able to change whatever I wanted to change. I have large pores and thick skin and barely any pain. Maybe a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. I'm a bit red and swollen, barely noticeable. I had the ombre procedure done today and couldn't be happier. Carrie did an awesome job and she has a great attention to detail. Carrie took her time and once done i had a concern about one of my eyebrows looking a little flat on top she fixed it right up at no mistake of her own. I always had this issue and she fixed it up now both eyebrows look perfect. She's a very lovely person and I suggest you book your appointment with her very soon. Thanks Carrie 😊

Carrie is conscientious and professional. It was important to me that my brows look natural and not ‘overdone’. Carrie listened to my concerns and made every effort to give me the look I asked for. She went a bit too light with my first session in an effort to not ‘overdo’ my brows. As a result, that session didn’t take, but she offered a third session at no charge to compensate. It has now been a couple of months since my last session, and the colour has stayed. My review is not 5 stars because I would have preferred for her to measure/mark my brows instead of freehanding them. Otherwise, I’m quite happy with my brows.

Amazing experience! Carrie’s bed side manner is incredible; and she does a fantastic job at explaining the process thoroughly to make you feel comfortable. My brows look beautiful, full and natural. So thankful I met Carrie.
